Our listeners are here for you seven days a week. We respond to more than 15,000 calls each year, helping people through all kinds of difficult times. Call (908) 232-2880 (Monday - Friday) 9am-10pm and (Saturday- Sunday) 10am-6pm . Calls are answered based on volunteer availability, or 988 24/7.
